Healthtrust Verified Professionals is a credentialing process by which you are assured each individual’s credentials are validated in order to provide a variety of patient care, treatment, or services.

Tiers and Classifications
Verified Professionals are broken down by classification (aka position). Classifications are located

Please Note: Tierings have nothing to do with physical proximity to a patient. Fees are annual with unlimited approved access.
Tier 1
Annual Fee: $185
Tier 1: Non-Employee provides only non-clinical services and requires access to a safety or security-sensitive area(s).
Examples: Biomed Tech, Field Service Tech and Greeter
Tier 2
Annual Fee: $290
Tier 2: Affecting patient care, treatment or services.
Examples: Supplier Representative, Interpreter and Dialysis Nurse
Tier 3
Annual Fee: $290
Tier 3: Affecting patient care, treatment or services that require oversight by the medical staff and administration.
Examples: Perfusionist, Nuclear Physicist and Certified Surgical Assistant
Access and Enrollment Types
Verified Professionals
- Known as the non-employee individuals/contractors who need access to work in the facilities.
- This type of person would self-register at hwsverified.com.
DELEGATES
- Individuals who support their Verified Professionals.
- There is no fee for this account type.
- This type of user cannot self enroll. Click here to request an account.
Enhanced Security at Every Facility – Daily ID Badge
Daily Sign In
A VPro is expected to sign in each and every day at the Kiosk. The VPro must have a mobile number within the Verified Professionals Account. This number is used by the system to provide a validation code.
ID Compliance Badge
The ID Compliance Badge is only good for 24 hours as the system will verify at that time if a VPro is compliant and approved.
